Agreement terms

Automatic delivery enrollment: By signing this agreement, the customer requests automatic home heating oil deliveries from Libra Fuels. Automatic delivery requires a one-year contract.
Delivery scheduling: Automatic delivery customers receive priority when Libra Fuels builds delivery schedules. Delivery zones may be opened only a few days ahead based on market conditions, supply, weather, and operational capacity. Automatic delivery is the primary way to secure a place on the delivery schedule; exact delivery dates and quantities cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing: The price per gallon will be Libra Fuels' applicable daily market price for the delivery quantity and pricing program in effect at the time the order is scheduled or delivered. Prices may change based on market conditions. Applicable discounts or surcharges will be disclosed by Libra Fuels.
Delivery quantity: Libra Fuels will determine delivery quantity based on tank information, usage history, degree-day calculations, route capacity, and operational considerations. Customers may request a specific quantity, including a 100-gallon delivery, subject to availability and applicable pricing.
Initial delivery: New automatic delivery customers should contact the Libra Fuels office when the tank is approximately one-quarter (1/4) full to arrange the first automatic delivery. During the first year, the customer should monitor the tank level closely and notify the office if the tank falls below one-quarter (1/4) full.
Usage changes: The customer must notify Libra Fuels of changes that may affect fuel consumption, including changes in occupancy, thermostat settings, heating equipment, hot-water use, home additions, extended vacancy, or alternate heat sources.
