Effective September 1, 2026

Libra Fuels accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) and Credit/Debit Cards only. Checks are no longer accepted.

Some credit/debit cards may incur a 3% processing fee on the final bill

For COD orders, cash must be presented to the driver before your tank is filled.

Due to fluctuations in heating oil costs, the price per gallon may change on the day of delivery without prior notice. The final price will be based on Libra Fuels’ applicable price on the day your delivery is made.

We appreciate your understanding and thank you for choosing Libra Fuels.
